We follow all laws and regulations of Ireland regarding online shopping. Below you can read more about our shipping terms.

Products shipped from the central warehouse

The shipping terms below apply to products shipped from Hobbybox’s central warehouse.

Processing time

The processing time for an order is usually around 1–2 business days, after which the order will be shipped. In exceptional cases and during peak seasons, the processing time may be longer, around 2–4 business days.

After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation acts as a receipt for your purchase and, if needed, as proof of warranty.

Orders placed during weekends and public holidays are usually processed from the next business day.

Delivery time

Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time for products from the central warehouse is around 4–7 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking code by email once the order has been handed over to the transport company.

Product labels

On the product pages, you can find delivery-related labels that help you estimate the product’s shipping method and delivery time.

The green “Free shipping” label means that the product has free shipping. You will also receive free shipping when the total value of your order is at least 50 €.

For orders under 50 €, the shipping cost is 9,90 €.

Shipping methods

The shipping methods below apply to products shipped from Hobbybox’s central warehouse. The available shipping options depend on the products you order and their size. You can choose the most suitable available shipping method at checkout.

You will receive an email when your package has been shipped from our warehouse. With the link or tracking code in the email, you can follow when your package will be delivered.

We use GLS for our deliveries.

Please note that it may take 1–3 business days before the tracking code is activated. The shipment is first scanned at the transport company’s logistics centre, which means the tracking may not activate immediately.

Please contact us if the tracking has not been updated for more than three business days.

Pre-order products

The product card always shows if a product is available for pre-order. The estimated date when shipping of the pre-order product begins is also shown on the product card.

You will also receive a notification and tracking code once the pre-order product has been handed over to the transport company.

Freight deliveries

For freight deliveries, such as large or heavy products, the products are delivered according to the available freight delivery options shown at checkout.
